Weight care starts with your whole story.

For women exploring help with weight management, weight-related health concerns, or questions about an existing treatment.

Changes you want to understand

Bring changes in weight, appetite, energy, or daily routines into the same conversation.

Previous attempts or treatment

Discuss what you have tried, what helped, and what made it difficult to continue.

Goals beyond the scale

Talk about health, strength, comfort, and a plan that fits your day-to-day life.

Start with an assessment.

A useful plan begins with understanding what is happening and which options are appropriate for you.

What a clinician may review

A clinician may review your weight history, health conditions, current medicines, pregnancy plans, eating patterns, activity, and previous treatments. An examination or tests may be needed before a plan can be recommended.

Possible treatment approaches

Nutrition, activity, and habits
Weight-management medicines are used alongside healthy eating and physical activity, rather than replacing them.

Prescription treatment, if appropriate
A clinician may consider weight-management medicines, including GLP-1 options, after reviewing benefits, risks, and individual eligibility.

Further assessment or another approach
Medication is not suitable for everyone. Your clinician may recommend a different approach or an in-person assessment.

This is general education about possible approaches, not a HerScripts medication list. Specific treatments and eligibility criteria will be confirmed before launch.

Your care, through Bask Health.

HerScripts helps you explore the care pathways. Patient registration, health information, and clinical care will take place through Bask Health.

01. Share your history

When enrollment opens, complete the health intake in Bask Health. Do not send medical information through this website.

02. Review your options

A licensed clinician evaluates your information and determines appropriate next steps. Treatment and prescriptions are not guaranteed.

03. Understand your plan

Before starting, understand treatment instructions, pharmacy arrangements, follow-up, and how to request clinical help.

The clinical group, provider qualifications, and service availability will be identified before enrollment opens.

Clear costs. Clear follow-up.

What you would pay

Launch prices are being finalized. Before you commit, the pricing information will distinguish:

Clinical care: assessment, visits, and any included follow-up.
Medication: the separate charge or exact inclusion, if prescribed.
Additional services: any labs, supplies, or shipping.
Billing terms: renewal frequency, cancellation, and refunds.

Support after starting

Ask how progress, nutrition, strength, treatment tolerance, and any side effects will be reviewed, and how to discuss changing or stopping a medicine with the prescriber.

The launch information will explain the follow-up schedule, contact method, response times, and which services are included or charged separately.

Patient messages and health information belong in Bask Health. This website does not provide clinical messaging or emergency care.

Questions before you start.

Can I choose a specific weight-loss medicine?

You can discuss your preferences with the clinician. A prescription depends on your health history, the evaluation, and the available clinical service; a particular medicine or result is not guaranteed.

Does a care fee include medication?

Launch prices and inclusions are not yet finalized. The care fee, any medication charge, and additional costs will be explained separately before enrollment.

Can I transfer an existing prescription?

The HerScripts transfer process is not yet confirmed. Any future change or continuation of treatment will require review by the receiving clinician. Do not change your current treatment based on this website.

Will I need a video visit or lab tests?

That depends on clinical needs, the treatment being considered, state requirements, and the service available at launch. Those details will be explained before you start.
